Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sk77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the sk77 platform and the legal entity operating it under its international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a bet or wager through the sk77 website at sk77.ws.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the sk77 platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's sk77 Account, comprising deposited funds and any awarded bonus funds, less any wagering activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by sk77.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited directly by the Player through a supported payment method.
• "Services" means the totality of gaming, betting, live casino, slots, and related services accessible via the sk77 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which sk77 does not accept registrations or wagers as determined by sk77 at its sole discretion.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments and successor legislation.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register an Account with sk77 and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sk77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by sk77 or its affiliate entities.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by sk77 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and not for the purpose of defrauding sk77 or any other player.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. sk77 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, payment details, device, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

sk77 may, at its absolute discretion, decline to accept any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Account registration does not create any contractual obligation on sk77 to continue providing Services indefinitely.

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. sk77 recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, use a unique password not used on any other platform, and never share your login details with any other person.

You must notify sk77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. sk77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

sk77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and following any period of heightened account activity. Verification documents typically requested include:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).

sk77 will suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification may have their Accounts restricted or closed, with any Real Money Funds returned to the originating payment method after deduction of applicable processing fees.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

sk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be subject to change.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. sk77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account within thirty minutes of payment confirmation, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account. sk77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active Bonus Funds attached to your Balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated Real Money Funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five to thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take one to three business days.
• sk77 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to review.

sk77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sk77 bears no responsibility. Any chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a Player against a sk77 transaction will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

sk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all sk77 bonuses unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or bonus-plus-deposit amount as specified per promotion.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on each promotional page.
• Bonus expiry — all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
• Maximum bet restriction — while a bonus is active, players may not place single bets or wagers exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotional terms (typically Rs. 500 per bet/spin unless otherwise stated). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account termination.
• sk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on sk77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. sk77 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by a Player who was unaware of the relevant game rules.

With respect to sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. sk77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, sk77 will apply the settlement rules published for the relevant sport. Typically, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within a stated period.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the proviso that sk77 may suspend betting markets at any time. Bets confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• sk77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence that the market odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement due to a technical error or data feed failure.

With respect to casino and live dealer games, all outcomes on non-live titles are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel) under camera. RTP percentages for all slot titles are published within the game information panels.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance (including Real Money Funds where the breach involved fraudulent activity), and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using any Account other than your own.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the sk77 platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live game shows, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — whether in sk77's platform or in third-party game software integrated into sk77 — to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-variance betting strategies with the deliberate purpose of clearing bonus wagering requirements while minimising financial risk to the player.
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in any form of money laundering through the sk77 platform. sk77 is required to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with relevant authorities where money laundering activity is suspected.
• Attempting to access the sk77 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy services, or any other IP masking technology.

Responsible Gaming

sk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours. sk77 provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time limits — Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality checks — Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-exclusion — Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and no deposits or wagers can be placed. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt by the support team.
• Cooling-off period — Players may request a short-term account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your Account settings without requiring contact with the support team. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and data published on the sk77 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of sk77 or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any sk77 intellectual property without the prior written consent of sk77.

Players are permitted to access sk77 content for personal, non-commercial use only in connection with their use of the Services. Any commercial use, screen-scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of content from the sk77 platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights enforceable at law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime.

sk77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sk77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and circumstances beyond sk77's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, and third-party data feed interruptions) may result in temporary service unavailability. sk77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods wherever practicable.

Players acknowledge that participation in online gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. By using the sk77 Services, you accept full responsibility for your individual gaming decisions and acknowledge that sk77 bears no liability for the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform.

Suspension and Termination

sk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sk77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with their use of the Services.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to sk77, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• The Player has made a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• The Account is being operated in connection with a self-exclusion request made by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, at the Player's own request), sk77 will return the Real Money Funds balance to the Player via their registered payment method within five to ten business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon Account closure under any circumstances.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. sk77 will process the request within two business days and confirm closure in writing.

Amendments to These Terms

sk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — sk77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice on the sk77 website prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the sk77 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact sk77 to arrange voluntary Account closure before the amendments take effect. sk77 will retain records of all previous versions of these Terms, which are available upon written request to [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and the laws of Pakistan, the licensing jurisdiction's laws take precedence with respect to the operation of the Services.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and sk77, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected]. sk77 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is dissatisfied with sk77's response, the matter may be escalated to sk77's compliance team by requesting escalation in writing. A final position will be issued within a further ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved following exhaustion of the internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under sk77's international gaming licence for independent adjudication.

Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings in any court or tribunal in relation to a sk77 dispute prior to completing Steps 1 and 2 of the above procedure in good faith.
